Need Help Paying Your Bill?

We aim to provide compassionate, high-quality care to the communities we serve at Pacifica Hospital of the Valley. Our financial counseling staff is here to assist you if you don’t have medical insurance. We will search for and access government and private programs that may help you pay for health care.

The initial step is to determine if you are qualified for a health program that is sponsored by the government (such as Medi-Cal/Medicaid, Medicare, or disability). Financial Counselors are available to assist you in completing the application process. If you meet the eligibility criteria, these programs can provide you and your family with access to health care and other essential social services.

If you are in need of help, please dial 818.252.2196 to speak with a Financial Counselor.

Pacifica Hospital is committed to providing assistance to eligible patients who cannot afford all or part of their treatment. If you are eligible as a low-income, uninsured, or under-insured patient, Pacifica Hospital can provide financial support all the way up to a complete discount.
